His interest in photography, initially through fell walking, began with record shots of places visited and summits achieved - gradually though photography took over and is now a way of life!|As well as supplying images direct to magazines and calendar companies he also shoots stock for professional picture agencies. As a result his subject range can vary, but his first love remains the landscape, particularly in atmospheric light.<br> He is currently increasingly concentrating on capturing the myriad landscapes and landmarks of Northern England (though with occasional forays further afield.)<br><br>The images on this site are designed to give an idea of what is available but cannot give a true representation of the quality of the original 6x6cm transparencies.
